Holiday Tea Cocktail
Ingredients (per cup):
3 1 inch long pieces of ginger
3 slices of apple
1 tsp organic brown sugar
2 oz Brewed, Strained, and cooled Green Rich Tea Cinnamon Apple tea
1 oz bourbon
dash of bitters
squeeze of citrus
In a shaker, muddle three inch-long pieces of fresh ginger, 3 slices of apple, and a teaspoon of brown sugar. Combine Bourbon, tea, bitters, and citrus. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Cinnamon Apple Tea Latte:
• 2 cups brewed Green Rich Tea’s Cinnamon Apple tea
• 1 sweet apple, chopped
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 tablespoon honey
Bring the cinnamon, milk and honey to a simmer in a small sauce pan over medium heat. In a blender, combine the brewed tea and the apple. Blend until smooth. Pour the tea and apple mixture into 2 mugs and top with the milk mixture from the sauce pan. Garnish with cinnamon. Enjoy!
