Fruit Teas (Tisanes)
Fruit infusions or Tisanes are caffeine free. Excellent as a cool afternoon iced tea, or a hot brew before bed, these blends are an excellent choice for children, and caffeine sensitive persons. Fruit tisane can also be used as a base for jello, ice cream, punches and fruit cremes. General Brewing Instructions: 2-3 tsp per 8 oz cup of boiling water (212°F), Seep 7-10 minutes All fruit teas make an excellent iced infusion.
