Japan Miyazaki Prefecture
This green tea is steamed twice as long as regular Senchas. Certified organic in Japan. This cup brews a greener, sweeter taste than Sencha. The leaves are much more fragile. Brew at 160°F.
Water Temperature: 160°F
Serving: 1 Teaspoon per 3 ounce of hot water
1. Place tea leaves in a tea pot.
2. Pour hot water into the tea pot, steep for 30-40 seconds
3. Pour the same amount of tea in each cup so that the taste is equal.
More Delicate than Regular Sencha

This one feels more delicate than their regular sencha. Maybe a bit maltier than regular sencha. Still quite lovely and unique.

Subtle, delicate, complex, mellow, yet full of flavor. This one of my very favorite green teas!
