An excellent green tea, full of fresh umami. Feels a bit more robust than the Sencha.
Delicious and good for you!

Kukicha (or twig tea) is made from the stems, stalks, and twigs of the tea plant. It's said by macrobiotic practitioners to have a very balanced yin/yang profile. It's also very low in caffeine, which makes it nice for the evening. Delicious - has a bit of a nutty, roasty flavor.
