This beautiful and rare oolong from the Fujian Province in China is produced in an intricate and complicated process. During the withering, the leaves are exposed to milk steam and are infused and rolled in milk essence. An incredible soft and mellow note. A must have.
Water Temperature: 190°F
Serving: 2.5 Teaspoon per 10 ounce of hot water
1. Place tea leaves in a tea pot.
2. Pour hot water into the tea pot.
3. Steep for 3 min.

I was not prepared as to how much I would LOVE this tea, even though I sampled it at the Milwaukie Farmer's Market while visiting from CO. I am brewing it daily and will be purchasing more - it is smooth, calming, gentle - no bitterness. Love it!
