White tea leaves with white buds. Mellow and sweet. A rare and refreshing drink made from the buds plucked right before they open.
Water Temperature: 175°F
Serving: 2.5 Teaspoon per 10 ounce of hot water
1. Place tea leaves in a tea pot.
2. Pour hot water into the tea pot.
3. Steep for 3 min.
